Dogs & Cats welcome. Up to 2 pets per home, each up to 50 lb. Non‑refundable pet fee: $300 per pet. Refundable pet deposit: $300 per pet. Monthly pet rent: $50 per pet. Breed restrictions apply (e.g., Pit Bull & mixes, Doberman, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Akita, etc.).
